These include dealing with infestations, cleaning certain areas manually, using ladders beyond a certain height, handling bodily fluids, and more. 3. Environmental Requirements: For efficient cleaning, access to hot and cold running water is essential. Additionally, we request that the space be clutter-free and accessible upon our arrival. Any delays caused by the client or third parties may result in additional charges.
4. Scheduling and Access: Our cleaning services are typically scheduled between certain hours from Monday to Saturday. We provide estimated arrival times, with a 15-minute grace period for delays.
5. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring their space is tidy before our arrival to optimize cleaning efficiency. Additionally, clients must be reachable during service hours to address any additional time requirements.
6. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: For move-in or move-out cleaning services, specific conditions regarding the vacated space, removal of items, wall damages, and above-cupboard cleaning apply.
7. Appliance Handling: Clients are required to move kitchen appliances if they desire cleaning behind them during deep or moving cleans.
8. Damage Protocol: While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. We collaborate with clients to resolve any damages fairly within a specified timeframe.
9. 72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee, provided any issues are reported within 72 hours of the service.
10. Professional Staff: Our staff undergo rigorous training and background checks to ensure high-quality service. Solicitation of our staff for employment by clients or affiliates is prohibited.
11. Cleaning Products and Tools: We use recommended cleaning products and tools for optimal results. Substitutes may affect the quality of our service.
12. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to fees.
13. No Pet Service: We do not provide pet-related services.
